The Monthly Poker Tour - Tucson, Arizona
 Welcome to the new location of the Monthly Poker Tour We are updating this site with information on the new Monthly Poker Tour information and expect to have everything completed over the next few days. The Monthly Poker Tour is a Texas Hold-em tournament that runs approximately monthly (12 games total) where you can earn one of two seats at the World Series of Poker Main Event. Here is how it works: - The player with the most points at the end of the season wins a seat at the World Series of Poker Main Event.
- The top 25 remaining players (#2 through #26, by points) will qualify to play in the Championship Tournament.
- Players not in the top 26 (by points) qualify to play in the second chance tournament. The players who finish in 1st place through 5th place in the second chance tournament qualify for the Championship Tournament.
- The players qualifying in #2 and #3 above will play in the Championship Tournament where the winner wins a seat at the World Series of Poker Main Event.
The players who win a seat at the World Series of Poker Main Event will share any winnings from that event as follows: - The player who won the seat by being the points leader will share 25% of his/her winnings with the other 9 players in the top 10 (by points).
- The player who won the seat by winning the Championship Tournament will share 25% of his/her winnings with the other 29 players who qualified for the Championship Tournament.

Upcoming MPT tournaments are listed here on our schedule. Monthly Poker Tour tournaments are currently limited to 50 players and fill up rapidly. If you want to play, let us know as soon as possible by email at Monthly Poker Tour. The first 50 to confirm for each tournament will have a seat - 51 and after will be alternates and are not guaranteed to play.
